All locomotives and rolling stock to be run during the operations session shall be checked in beforehand.
All freight trains on the main or passing sidings will have a caboose or FRED equipped car marking its back end.
No trains shall enter the mainline without first getting permission from the Dispatcher.
The Dispatcher shall control all electrically operated turnouts except turnouts 1, 4, 5, 6, 11, 22 & 23.
The Dispatcher will be contacted and permission received before operating any manually operated turnouts.
All trains must contact the Yard Master to gain permission to enter the yard.
The operation of turnouts 1, 4, 5, 6 & 11 will be controlled by the Yard Master.
All westbound trains over 2400 tons not already operating with Distributed Power Units will have a helper set of a minimum of 1 steam or 2 diesel locomotives added 2/3 of the way or further from the front of the train when the train arrives in Mill City.
